Robinvale Splash Park

VICTORIA

The Robinvale Splash Park design uses inspiration from the winding Murray River and Aboriginal representational themes. It was created with multiple features in mind to engage the community, activate the riverfront precinct and stand out as a feature of the Robinvale Outdoor Pool. The Swan Hill Rural City Council was open to new ideas and suggestions in the creation of their Splash Pad in conjunction with community consultation.

The 200m² pad design includes a Triple Bucket Feature, six Showering Arches, three Dueling Water Cannons, twenty Small Ground Sprays with various nozzle directions, two Large Ground Sprays, five Cascading Mushroom features that offer the ability for children to adjust the flow and arc of water by turning the head and the innovative Toddler Tip N Fill. This interactive decanting feature allows little ones to fill and tip a series of buckets from gently trickling fountains. The ability to “fill and tip” is considered a milestone in early childhood development and what better way to hone this skill than at the local water park?
